Thank you for your feedback and review. Yes, as you stated we provide ample opportunities for freshers and laterals. But I would like to differ with your opinion about the quality of work that we do. We are the world’s largest and fastest growing provider of omnichannel and digital experiences working with over 37% of the Fortune 100 as their digital innovation partner. Speaking about the growth of managers there is completely a different equation of people moving up the career ladder with lesser experience.
