- Worst work culture - 100 forms to fill and sign during joining - No clear roadmap on the projects - No strong technical expertise - Office environment sucks - 11am to 9pm work timings - Expected to be at work place for 9 hours. All time outside office are tracked - No cab facility - No work from home option - HR promises loads during interview process but couldn't find any during employment - No proper employee benefits - No entertainment during work - No proper canteen - No proper rest rooms - Provides old laptops for new joinees - Loads of policies in work place which I have not faced earlier in bigger companies - Joined as technical lead but was introduced to the team as software engineer which is the worst
