No commission structure. No Work Life Balance.

-Most of the time, all know the short deadlines are not achievable, but management keeps the pressure high to get maximum output from the employees with long hours and frequent weekend workings. This ultimately reduces work quality and motivation to work -Company strategy is to commit on short deadline to customers for complex features, where other companies will never commit, and then beat the employees day and night to meet the deadline, despite knowing it is impossible and then when the deadline slips, charge customers on Change requests. There are good customers the company has, and there are really good work Photon has done, but the company needs to care for their employees by giving some stress free time and respect of their work life. Increasing compensation is not only the way to keep employees satisfied - No good canteen - No cab in night even after booking at 11:30 and there is no response even after escalating about it. Reason being, Photon does not pay the cab drivers on times and hence no Can wants to come for cab. They insist you to take Ola Uber and reimburse which is again an extra burden after working long hours of 10-12. This is irrespective of male or female employees. Hence, female employees travel in Ola Uber on their own risk without company cab.
