Pros
Photon was a life changing experience. It helped me to shape my career and learnt a lot. Michael, my manager is one of the best leaders in the IT industry and he is always there to support you whatever it may come to. I have learnt a lot under his guidance. He is always available for his team and Photon provides equal opportunity for everyone of it’s employees to grow. The company has SOPs in place and is good place to learn and grow. You can also get a chance to travel US if you perform well and get a visa. Though my visa was not cleared by the embassy but Michael tried his level best to call me to US for Photon World. If you are looking for a company with work life balance, then Photon is a must go.

Lack of tea and coffee machine is the only cons.
