      Pros

      Tremendous work place. I am learning a lot of stuff and the beautiful thing about the job, is that I am learning about the things and stuff that I am really in to or interested with. Photon provided me the arena for my skill and passion for technology. They have a lot of openings and good projects coming in. I really recommend Photon to those who are staring out.

      Cons

      The recreational areas tend to get a bit crowded at times since the number of relaxation areas in the facility is quite limited. Parking space is quite an issue as well because there isn’t enough space for the employees with vehicles.

      Pros

      There is a bright future ahead of me, I can feel it, and because of the opportunity that Photon gave me. The company itself excels in fast-phased technology. If you perform well enough, there is so much room to grow into and you can also test your limits at Photon.

      Cons

      The job can get fast and overwhelming but it is still manageable. There is an obvious shortage of relaxation areas in the building. I really hope they address that long enough. Coffee machines are also needed throughout the facility.

      1. Fast paced and multiple kinds of tasks will be given along with ownership. 2. Mobile Applications are hot cake of this generation hence trendy.

      Cons

      1. Managers have attitude problem and group-ism, seniors domination. They will target you if you dont build personal rapo with them and their group. 2. Managers might be cunning, political, jealousy, tricky, corrupt to the extent/danger of the employee being prone to schizophrenia, loss of money, being jobless.
