      Good Company to learn. Bad company for work life balance

      Pros

      Salary, Technology, Exposure to Clients, On-Site Opportunities, nothing else that I can think of.

      Cons

      Bad Management, Horrible Salary hike, Horrible work timings (most of the time working until 12pm or worse) Bad Cafeteria, No Cab facility, No work from home, Weekend work, High attrition, Company does not care for employees, Negligible team outings.

      Pros

      Might be an okay place to start you career. A year in photon might not be such a bad thing if this was your first job. If you can survive a year here, you should be able to survive anywhere!

      Cons

      No work life balance No benefits Exit process is a nightmare Bad behavior by management (don't be surprised by very public abuse and threats)

      Good scope of learning new technologies and climbing up the ladder if given a chance and not threatened at every step Good thing is that they are employing 1000's of employees

      Horrible culture No respect for employees They threaten employees, use foul language Fake reviews posted online, management asks to post fake reviews They gain pleasure by taking someone s case, mocking them in front of everyone and destroying their self respect and identity Feel pity for those who are under management team's radar Maybe it gives employment to many people which is a good thing but from a personal standpoint, this company is a mess and a disgrace
