Management think they are kings. They promise the moon to the clients and expect their ground staff to execute and accomplish those goals (which at any point in time is next to impossible). As a result you work 24/7, over weekends. No appreciation of work, no recognition, no motivation or encouragement. Management uses foul language to yell at their staff, very unethical. One escalation from client and they forget all the hard work the staff/team has put into the project. Management does not back you up in front of client or internally in front of upper management.
