Pros

At first I was intimidated with the amount of things that were happening in Photon, the work load, the chaos inside the whole office, the constant buzz and the going through and through the multiple rooms in here. That was a scary part of the process I suppose, but they helped me to ease into it. Overall they provide an amazing experience of working on cutting edge technologies like iOS Android, and Windows Phone. They have fortune 500 clients and interesting projects.

Cons

Roles tend to be flexible and hence can get confusing at times. It might be difficult for some people to shift to other technologies but trust me without shifting you won’t have growth.

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities here at Photon, the best is the opportunity to interact directly with clients, some of their clients are on the Fortune 500 list. The pay is good above industry average. Photon is a good place to test both your skills and your resolve when it comes to the mobile technologies.

Cons

High expectations, don’t expect it to be a 9 to 5 job. You will be responsible for the work that goes to the client so expect some music from the management if you don’t deliver right. Roles are flexible thus can be bit confusing at times.

Pros

I worked for Photon for almost 2 years and I can say that it was very satisfying to be a part of a pretty dynamic work environment. The clients are big companies and competitive. The compensation and the benefits are satisfactory; My advise will be stay here and learn as much as you can.

Cons

The whole office kind of focused on the facilities that is work related, maybe that is why they seemed to overlook the facilities needed in the cafeteria. The cafeteria is not that large so there are times that it can get crammed with people.
