      Pros

      The best thing is the cutting edge work Photon does for top clients. They pay you based on industry experience. Good onsite opportunities, good growth prospects as the company is growing at a frenetic pace. You get a chance to work on iOS and android projects and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Expectation are set high right from the day one and you will have work pressure to perform. Though it gets difficult only if you dont perform ;) Also dont expect coffee vending machines and recreational areas.

      1. learn new technologies 2. you have freedom in career growth 3. you can expect on-site opportunities.

      Cons

      Overall they regard much for employee welfare as there are no coffee machines, cafeteria sucks also lack of any events of any sort or team building activities. Also there is no game rooms, at least a TT table or Carrom Board should be there.
