      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities here at Photon, the best is the opportunity to interact directly with clients, some of their clients are on the Fortune 500 list. The pay is good above industry average. Photon is a good place to test both your skills and your resolve when it comes to the mobile technologies.

      Cons

      No coffee machine in the office, I am used to them from my previous employer. Lack of employee engagement initiatives.

      Pros

      There is a stiff learning curve and you will learn lots of new technologies on various platforms. The work is result driven so it can be rewarding and engaging. There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company and you will get good increments if you are a high performer. Onsite opportunities within 2 years depending on your performance.

      Cons

      Roles are flexible and can get confusing at times. There are limited avenues for employees to innovate. There are no coffee machines and limited recreational areas.

      1. Employees are slaves here. 2. Candidates coming for interviews are not been treated well 3. HR people doesn't know how to speak but they ask many questions rather correcting themselves 4. You must really search for an Employee who is satisfied working here 5. Poor Management 6. Pathetic work culture 7. Cafeteria is the highlight of all the above (worst of all) 8. No cab facility 9. 10 hours working is too much & not even worth working in such a bad company. 10. Compete with other companies in DLF and grow yourselves. 11. Don't waste your time coming here and working in a stupid company 12. Better work in a small company and get recognition 13. Wasted my 2 years here and now realizing. 14. No recognition for Talents
