High expectations, don’t expect it to be a 9 to 5 job. You will be responsible for the work that goes to the client so expect some music from the management if you don’t deliver right. Roles are flexible thus can be bit confusing at times.

Don't spoil your time, pathetic company, fake review by HR, difficult to breath in side company. 1. 9 hours inside office. Your washroom or canteen breaks also will be considered as outside office. 2. Worst management. Deliver managers behave like they are next to Good. Use filthy languages. 3. All managers, delivery managers are puppets. Entire company is two mens' show. 4. You will hardly find any good employee who is working more than one year. If you stay here for more than one year, even you can become manager/DM 5. Worst office/work culture. Better to say, no culture at all. 6. They can fake anything. Even they're faking glassdoor reviews. Check rating trend. The reviews suddenly became excellent when company's policies became bad to worse. Stay far far away from this company.
