Paying high salary and some of peoples are good. Good to learn new technology for developers( Freshers)

Cons

Design team leads are worst. They try to spoils others designers life who have more creative skills and improve a themselves. Who can play politics and copy paste very fast per 20 screens like data entry and sleeping their working place. they are the great designers in this company.
