      There are on-site opportunities. That is all.

      Cons

      Managers are morons and lack basic human sentiments. You'll NEVER be appreciated for the good work that you do. Appraisals are a joke. Work pressure is supplied to you in generous quantity. Projects are never handled well. The majority of the clients is unhappy. Your weekend day-offs are at their mercy. Or so they seem to take for granted.

      Initial salary offered by photon will be much higher than your existing CTC People good at politics will shine here If working only 15 hours / day is a pro (according to photon, it is) big brands clients

      Cons

      no work life balance if u join here, your job will become your life. no respect u will be treated like a machine had to pay my 2 month salary to company, for leave before 1 year as i coudnt handle the stress. (most humans cant) expected to work for 15 hours every day needed to work on week ends also HR are a waste managers are stupid
