      Pros

      I am willing to admit that I was quite hesitant at first to accept the offer from Photon. It is after all a large company with so much great clients all around the globe. The job is a bit overwhelming at time but I can manage, the important part is that the compensation is adequate and I am learning a lot from the experience.

      Cons

      Due to the large amount of clients and projects, the roles of the employees can get flexible and unpredictable at times. It creates confusion and often too distracting. The parking area is a bit packed in my opinion, I tried to park my scooter the other day and there is nearly no space enough to accommodate the vehicles.

      Pros

      if you ended with right managers its a heaven to work. Good pay if you negotiate it first time itself. Lot of good projects to work in. You will get good experience in all stage of projects.

      Cons

      You need to please the managers even though you are technically good. Technical people are not treated at par with managers.

      Photon Infotech is the right place for me

      Pros

      Photon Infotech is the right place for me. I learned a lot from my time here at Photon. I learned everything that I needed to learn to be able to move forward in my chosen field and I am very thankful to Photon for giving me the best opportunities when I was working with them. To all the people who are starting out, Photon is the place to be.

      Cons

      Roles in the office gets passed and bent a lot in the office. There are so many projects to go around and there are also many employees on the floor. I think it will be better if the delegation of task is spread a bit thinner since there are a lot of people in the office who are looking for better projects.
