Offshore teams halter the design process by butchering designs in builds and PSD files, no sick days and very few days off yearly, poor creative management, unmanageable expectations by leaders who promise big to clients with very short timelines, setting designers up for failure and resulting in mediocre work at times, verbal abuse by upper management to employees often, lack of respect for women, apps cannot be properly designed and executed in 2 weeks, more like a few months

1. Worst work-life balance 2. Worst Managers and top management 3. No Employee benefits 4. Employee has to work for 10 hours/ day (Minimum) and 23.60 hours (if he wants) 5. Learning will stall completely in 1 month 6. Not even a Coffee machine for employees
