No Politics, decent pay for senior members (only), new technologies

Cons

1. EXXXTREEMEE Pressure 2. Very Very bad culture and and sub-zero respect for individuals 3. Such a bad place for senior members, that very few delivery managers stick in the company. 4. Too much of productive hour requirement - the shift is from 11AM to 9 PM which is made common for all. This ten hours requirement is office is something I have unheard of in any other company. This is a main motivator for any person to leave the company.
