      1. good projects 2. developer teams are pretty good 3. pay level is ok Overall, it is a good company. You can work in some very cool projects and high management team has some very smart guys.

      The company is still growing, you will feel the growing pains.

      Pros

      Working on latest technologies Ability to get projects / clients even if they don't have skill base [Which they tend to build once the project arrives] Very dynamic environment. Transparency of top management. True talent is recognized very well & hailed.

      Cons

      People coming from other companies may find it difficult to adapt to this culture. No proper normalization of the compensation benefits. Some managers tend to be aggressive which doesn't go well with everyone. Poor work-life balance [They don't give a s**t until you complete the job] Long term projects are far less compared to short term projects.
