We have many..! Completely not Employee friendly No client stays for long time Never take any steps to retain & keep hold of good clients More attrition rate No employee benefits. 10hrs of productivity everyday is mandatory Not a company for the people who come from bigger companies..!

Working on latest technologies Ability to get projects / clients even if they don't have skill base [Which they tend to build once the project arrives] Very dynamic environment. Transparency of top management. True talent is recognized very well & hailed.

Cons

People coming from other companies may find it difficult to adapt to this culture. No proper normalization of the compensation benefits. Some managers tend to be aggressive which doesn't go well with everyone. Poor work-life balance [They don't give a s**t until you complete the job] Long term projects are far less compared to short term projects.
