check with any one who is ex employee of photon.You will get to know about cons.Work colture pathetic. all most all projects will go with tight deadline with less resources. You need to work min of 11 hours. Need to work in odd timings.Morning and night meetings they will schedule with client.They wont bother about employees. If you not able to meet their expectations you will get less rating.Here most of the managers surviving by torturing employees.No one will think about employees work life balance.If you have any doubts check with ex employees
