Pros
1.It is a good place to work and we can learn a lot of things in a short span of time. 2. We get an opportunity to work with latest technologies. 3. Always can seek assistance from co-workers who are friendly by nature. 4. Rewards in the form of salary hike can be expected if the management feels the employee has right skills.
Cons
1.Work life balance was almost null right from the beginning. 2.Cafeteria food can be better. Nothing is free(coffee or tea) inside except water. 3.Now in this WFH period, they installed tracker software to monitor the employees which has received widespread criticism(lack of trust from management). 4. No fun activities or games. Communication with HR only happens when the employee resigns(not even yearly once they ask about how you feel and what can be changed). 5. Each designation you have to serve for 2 years to be promoted. And with designation/grading levels(I,II,III,IV) now introduced you can dream of reaching a higher position only after 10+ years. 6. VP component in Salary is just indirectly stealing money from our pocket. You rarely get the full amount.
