Not an employee friendly company, no bench policy, you will be fired the moment you won't project, no leave encashment policy infact they adjust your leaves with your reliving just to avoid encashment, no proper hikes, no variables , no basic facilities,even for WFH request on emergency goes to till CTO, no powers to the hierarchy, false promises on variable pay dates,job security is too low, they don't even provide Tea, coffee then think of their commitment towards an employees

First they will look for who can join immediately, and release offer immediately with lilttle high package, and force us to join without giving much time to think. Later they will start assigning work from first week itself and will keep assigning work from multiple projects without keeping you free, and will allow you to leave from the company also. 3 months strict notice with full of work till your last day. So don't ever think of joining this company.
