Pros

Good salary- after thinking 1hr I came up with this

Cons

This is an honest review based on real experience. The company operates more like a trap than a workplace. There’s extreme micromanagement — you’re required to stay a minimum of 7 hours in the office, or you’ll face LOP (Loss of Pay). Even if you’ve completed your work or project, you’re still expected to sit at your computer for at least 6 hours, or again, LOP. Policies are unnecessarily rigid and make no sense. Management creates unwanted pressure for no valid reason — it almost feels like they enjoy doing it. Even when you get a better opportunity elsewhere, they make it difficult for you to leave. If you want a healthy, growth-oriented environment, I’d strongly suggest staying away. But if you’re curious to see what a micromanaged workplace feels like, come and experience it yourself.

Pros

Worked on small but impactful modules, code reviews with seniors were extremely insightful, and regular feedback improved my problem-solving.

Cons

Some projects had outdated tech stacks.
