Pros
Best culture any other company in the earth. 1. They will purposefully will not update exit date in EPFO. This means they tend to create dual employment even you leave company. 2. They try to exploit by demanding money even after serving notice. 3. They will creat min 3 days a month lop. It means you never get full salary. Next.. i dont have to tell on manager behaviors, they will demand you work when you are in or back from funerals.. lovely comapny you should try to get into legal trouble when you have peace in life.
