Pros

-Driven, up-beat teammates always willing to help each other out. -Upper Management is always walking around and available to all other employees. -Cool amenities like foosball, video games, music instruments

Cons

-Tapit was acquired by Phunware at the end of 2012 so of course priorities get shifted around when big moves like that are made.

Pros

Awesome talent in here, really. Some of the best brands in the industry are PW customers ... everyone not at PW, but in this industry would be jealous :) We make some of the coolest apps ... Period. Super flexible Full of motivated, inspired people Every one is an owner, solve your own problems If you have a voice, it will be heard, good opportunity to speak up, very democratic. Not the place if you are looking for an easy life, high risk, high reward environment. Dont stick around here if you cant bring your A game and a full days worth of work. It would be an insult to the other hard working fellas. Too many opportunities to learn great programming, great creativity and great QC. Too many opportunities to learn life skills like ownership, responsibility, going over and beyond your role, and pleasing the people you work with.

Cons

Losing agility while growing the head count, typical small co turning into a big co problems, too many hoops to jump through even if some one brings the solution. Need more Agile philosophy infusion top to bottom, and not just for saying "we are Agile", but instead for the need of being class leading development shop. Need the right people to do the customer management role, cant just swallow the large pill of over commitment and hope "its gona be okay" Work life balance is hard to manage, but it wont be a problem if you are gona enjoy what you are doing, and are in the right phase of your life. If you are not made for it, please just leave and let the others do what they are doing.
