Great people and company culture, but Management needs to listen more to employees

Pros
- Everyone there is fantastic to work with, friendly, approachable, etc. - Flexible scheduling - Opportunities to move within the company laterally - Great for local community - Flexible time-off (1 week off Thanksgiving week, 2 weeks off for Xmas/Holiday break), 16 days off first year which is a lot when all your holidays are paid vacation days - Benefits (Free vision, dental, LASIK) and Health Insurance with low premium and great coverage - Free home internet and cell phone - Great environment to learn and it's very much encouraged
Cons
- Lack of diversity, I know it's Vermont, but there could be more going on here - Lack of salary transparency or discussions - Salary - Make sure you go in making more money otherwise you're stick with a 3.2% raise every year without much opportunity to increase it unless you go into a high tier management role - Management make calls on behalf of everyone without much feedback - During pandemic we work from home, but company not willing to offer a more flexible work from home policy??

Great people, super flexible working conditions, great benefits, lots of opportunities to move around in the company if you want to change career direction
Cons
Low salary for higher skilled positions, resistant to fully remote work post-pandemic
