Pros

The humanity, flexibility, and mission of this company is second-to-none. My friends from college think I'm joking when I tell them what it's like to work here - seriously. We do awesome work for amazing customers and contribute to making kids healthier. What more can I ask for?

Cons

No one here will ever get rich. Whenever there is extra money, we spend it on something (more food! supporting independent pediatricians! the local youth orchestra!). Not everyone gets it, and sometimes it makes me wonder if I could have earned more somewhere else.
