Pros
PCC is very good at giving employees space to build roles and responsibilities they will excel in. There's quite a few perks to working at PCC and the company as a whole genuinely cares about your well being.
Cons
The pay is good for Vermont, but doesn't seem to match up to the cost of living in the Burlington area. This is mostly made up for by the generous benefits.
