Pros

The events were fun if you dont mind drunk people falling down the steps. All the OT you can carry in both hands. CE opportunities. Some great people work here at least when I was there.

Cons

The rest of my life while I worked here. Work/life balance was nonexistent because shifts were generally ~1-3 hours longer than scheduled.

Dispatch will literally beat you to death with calls, like having to sneak in a bathroom break or sneak in a granola bar or something

Pros

The family atmosphere. Ture belonging, I have explored my options elsewhere and this company by far does something right with the fact that you can speak up and be heard. It can take a min before you hear back, but Jason and the management make it a point to personal talk with you.

Cons

I think the holdover policy has moved forward in the five years I have been with the company so that's a positive.
