Working at this company was a disappointing experience. While I had high hopes when I started, it quickly became clear that management lacked direction, transparency, and respect for employee well-being. Communication from leadership was poor and inconsistent, making it difficult to perform my job effectively. There was little to no support for career development, and feedback was rarely constructive or meaningful. Morale was low across departments, and concerns raised by employees were often ignored or dismissed. Work-life balance was not respected, and expectations were often unrealistic without the resources or support to meet them. The company culture felt toxic at times, with favoritism and micromanagement being common. I would not recommend this workplace to those seeking a respectful, supportive, or growth-oriented environment.
