This is the place full of learning opportunities where the colleagues are really supportive develope new idea and provide the opportunities have a share while doing new things.

Cons

the basic disadvantage i found that people are not getting paid for which they work, trends are which allow to fullfill current positions without thinking that the senior should b moved ahead and the new one should peovide assistance from back.
