Good team environment where the sales and marketing team, professional services team and support/delivery teams all get along well. I've worked for some companies where there is a lot of friction between the sales team and those that need to deliver the projects, not the case here. Sales members can focus on selling and not worry about the project delivery side of the business.
Cons
I prefer to focus on the positive, as I'm very happy here and the sales comp plan is uncapped commission. I love dogs and actually get to take my dog to the office 1x per week (I have seen a few different opinions on the dog/office issue, so I get that).
Great place to work, in sales you have unlimited commission potential and the ability to really make your own destiny. Management is willing to jump in and help any way they can. Training is provided to teach you sales techniques and product. They're also always adding products to add to your toolbox and stay relevant in their space.
Lots of sales incentives and extra contests to make it fun and lucrative.
Ownership is in the building and their door is always open.
They know that your family comes first, and allow you freedom and trust you to get your job done as long as you act like an adult with integrity.
Cons
No basketball hoop in the parking lot,
Benefits can be a little expensive due to the size of the company, but that's to be expected when you choose not to work for a huge corporation.
