Pros
Good Company for cheating to their employees.
Cons
Not paying salary regularly and always tell some stories like cash flow is not there. They will collect all hard earned money from employees and use that money for their business but never pay salary on time (there is no time for salary and you will only get if you cry continuously and need to beg them else no funds) . Not able to pay rent, bills and groceries...etc.
