Pros

Free meals. 2 days off per week. Taking part in different events. Working in the Columbus region is a great region!

Cons

No 401k, probably never will be, training for salary is terrible to put it lightly. District managers are always in a terrible mood which stresses out the GMs more. They have enough crap to deal.with already. No matter what you contact district managers for they are rude and unprofessional. They are never around or actually in their restaurants. Job is very repetitive. Same thing day after day. 55 hours a week is more like 65. Salary pay is not competitive. Company never pays bonus on time with some lame excuse as to why if we even get an excuse. Upper management threatens and yells at you for almost everything like you are worth nothing. New area managers dont have a clue how piada operates. Too many cons to list them all.

Free food managers look other way when taking food home that's if they decided to even leave the office at all

Cons

The whole experience of working for piada Being fires with. Out prior consultation my check wasn't provided within the 24hrs And the lack of opportunity to move up. And lied to anytime asked for a raise

Great concept. Great food. Good pay. Good bonus. Great benefits. Good work life balance. Decent hours. Good opportunity to move up quickly.

Cons

The company allows general managers to date lower level managers and employees. Allow promotion of someone the general manager was dating over more qualified individual. HR sided with the couple and condoned everything.
