Pros

Well established attractive brand & products backed by the Richemont Group. Most recent Golden Years 2010 to 2013. Well established policies & procedures, CSR & good working conditions. Great potential to develop & expand.

Cons

Lots of politics & favoritism in the brand & group. Innovation & performance is encouraged but not rewarded by any signifigant measure. 2014 to 2016 company in turmoil, declining sales, regular reorganisations and layoffs.

Pros

Great people, classy business conduct, fair compensation and benefits. Wonderful product lines and brand equity.

Cons

The business is very dependent on Chinese clientele, the company can look more into getting a better balance with other markets.
