Pros

Friendly environment, great pay, great perks, free weekly company lunches, "unlimited" responsible PTO, casual dress everyday, free weekly yoga classes, awesome work/life balance

Cons

No cons that I can think of

Pros

Making a product that helps people edit photos and do design and share their stories...what more could you want?! Positive things The most flexible PTO I have ever encountered, anywhere. Basically get your work done and do it well and you can take significant time off to hike, travel, or whatever else you like Company is growing and there is a chance to really make an impact here

Cons

Cant' really think of any. Perhaps compensation is a little bit lower than a mega corp?! But, keep your soul and work doing something positive ;)
