I get to learn and grow alongside some of the brightest minds in the field! - The work culture is flexible and trusting, allowing me to work independently and take ownership of my projects. - “Be Real, Be You” - It's truly encouraged to bring your authentic self to work, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Expect some growing pains, including occasional disorganization, unclear processes, and rapid changes.
