Team Leads, Managers and Directors aren't the best

Pie has a great product with potential.

Cons

The decline started a few years ago, and it was mainly due to decline in culture that starts with Leads, Managers and Directors. The camaraderie is gone, working cross functionally now feels like pulling teeth as there is this "us vs them" mentality that really starts with middle management.
