Pros
- Still growing and a legitimate shot at becoming a public company in the not-too-distant future - Some really nice people to work with - Transparent leaders - sometimes to a fault. They don't hide things
Cons
- Some growing pains and layoffs over the last few years - It's a small company but takes the bad habits of larger insurance companies like bureaucracy and alphabet soup of OKRs, frameworks, Strategy acronyms and other things that seem like make-work for execs - Benefits are mostly fine, but I'd love more generous health benefits for dependents
