Pros

The culture at Pie is one of a kind but in a good way. Everyone is supportive and kind. The benefits are amazing. I was hesitant to leave my last company and I don't regret it. I am happy to be a Pie-oneer!

Cons

Fast growth has created growing pains like any start up experiences but I don't see any long term issues arising. Management really listens to feedback to improve anything they can.

huge opportunity to make an impact on the business right away. generally do a great job at screening for good humans, which is awesome. one of the more diverse tech companies i've worked for which is a huge plus. allowed to work remote, but we still get together.

Cons

Usual high growth company growing pains. some departments are very siloed. occasional lack of strategic vision other than "grow!" if we metered the growth and got a bit more directional with it, i think we'd be better off.
