And as a young company, there are numerous opportunities to create, build, and improve systems and processes. One of the great things about this company is the amount of laughter you hear in the office. Everyone in the organization is focused, able to accomplish a lot, and still able to enjoy each other's company. The organization also has a tremendous leadership team that understands the industry that we're in and has a clear vision of how they intend to create a successful workers compensation insurance business. Leadership is very demanding but does a great job of publicly recognizing successes and achievements of each team throughout the organization. Expect to be pushed to always do your best work. Overall, Pie is a great environment that encourages people to push themselves and push each other.
