Company is doing great things, but it is a challenging environment

Pros

Pie is going places. This company is going to be successful and it is really fun to be a part of that.

Cons

There is a very top down management style at Pie. Middle managers and IC's don't really get a voice. The pace of work is insane, and sometimes it doesn't need to be. Lot's of self-imposed deadlines that don't make sense. Not a super inclusive culture, would like to see more diversity in leadership roles. Tension between leaders , execs and teams.

You really feel like you are making a difference and you can see the difference being made in our numbers consistently going up and to the right in terms of new partners and new premium. I can definitely say I am making a difference n the organization
