Pie is an incredibly unique place. Innovation is truly a grassroots effort and every voice is heard. Pie has done a phenomenal job helping me grow both my hard and soft skills so that I can succeed at the company and beyond. The people at this company are what make it so special - there is a high degree of collaboration, kindness, and grit in the fabric of the company culture.

Cons

Growing pains. Pie has grown really quickly so some processes are not as mature as you might be used to if you are coming from a large company. Depending on who you are, that can be exciting or challenging.
