      Pros

      I love working for a company that hold such high values for ourselves and others . I sincerely go to work everyday with such great satisfaction that I am helping others being ( my teammates and the clients) .This company is most certainly one that I am proud to be a part of . We are growing at a rapid rate and consistently crushing goals . Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that ?! #teampie

      Pros

      Fantastic people with a price and a product that is beating the market. What isn't to love?! I feel heard, understood, motivated and encouraged. It's fun to be a part of the excitement with a start up. Competitive salary and commission.

      Cons

      It isn't a downside for me, I love it. But for some people a start up culture of adaptation isn't for everyone. If you need stock corporate rules and structure apply next year. But then you miss out on the ground floor. Exciting but does take a certain level of hussle and personal leadership.
