Pros

Had the rare opportunity to start with Pie early on and the ride has been nothing less than extraordinary. Tapping into every ounce of knowledge you have every day while building a new insurance company can be exhausting but more-over, rewarding. Leadership is as transparent as I have ever seen and treats all employees with respect and fair compensation.

Cons

The fast pace and lack of structure could be an issue for some people.

Pros

There's a ton of work to be done, but the office environment tends to be fairly loose. We ensure that everyone has a voice, and recognize that a good idea can come from anyone at any time. The product and business model are solid, which is helping to drive the growth that we're currently experiencing.

Cons

We're growing super fast, so the Denver office tends to be a little cramped at times, but we're working to fix that soon.

Welcoming work environment where everyone's hard work is appreciated. Our culture is not lacking, we work hard and enjoy celebrating our hard work. When you join Pie, you will know that you have found something special from the first day!

Cons

Understand Pie is a startup, you will not get a 9 to 5. But remember you are helping to build greatness, and it is totally worth it.
