Team Leads, Managers and Directors aren't the best

Pie has a great product with potential.

Cons

The decline started a few years ago, and it was mainly due to decline in culture that starts with Leads, Managers and Directors. The camaraderie is gone, working cross functionally now feels like pulling teeth as there is this "us vs them" mentality that really starts with middle management.

None. Do not apply unless you want to be worried about being fired with a made up excuse and have a contractor outside the country replacing you.

Cons

Constant changes and no training for the new work you’re supposed to do. Penalties for asking questions. No one knows what their doing because upper management keeps making changes without actually knowing what each department does what.
