Management and over time hours

Very very unorganized. No one knows what’s going on. Be very open ended because you will be told “oh you can’t do that” or “you didn’t earn that” a lot when it comes to vacation and even undesignated holidays. Many many gray areas that they find loop holes through. Lots and lots of overtime, even if there are no parts due to shortages. Expect to be there on overtime. Harassment is supposedly very important…yea until you actually say something then you get told “ we’ll what do you want me to do?”
