Pros

Pay, benefits, pretty firetrucks, long bathroom breaks, kiss but with supervisors.

Cons

Hours, no family life, supervisors with no knowledge, supervisors and higher management don’t like it when employee is smarter than they are along with doing a better job at that job. Most employees have bad moral.

We also have really great leadership development programs that all people leaders will be required to attend, if they haven't done so already. As we continue our journey to become a People First culture, we may experience some bumps in the road, but as with any major culture shift, this change doesn't happen overnight.
