Pros
Company is definitly growing, I hope it leads to more opportunity for career growth. Most leaders are good managers. Pay seems competetive, but not neccesarily exceeding norms. Also, firetrucks are cool.
Cons
Middle managment doesn't change often, but hopefully with growth more oportunities for career growth open up. HR sticks with indirect answers on career planning and pay potential of your current role while also being vauge on potential for growth. Diversity initiatives exist, but are hard to join in on as most of the focus is on moving truck out the door. PTO package is pretty generous.
