Pay Upper management Training or lack of If you don’t know someone above you plan on being stuck in the same position. Upper management tells you one thing and turns around and does something else. Over time over time over time.

Umm...... not really anything. I like what I'm doing.

Cons

Start too early, poor training for new hires, too many hours. Nearly 60 hours a week. 6 days a week. The company expects more than it can produce. Can't get the numbers they want the answer is always "you're working the weekend". Poor management, they are all "yes men" and upper management doesn't have a clue what's going on. They just look at numbers and want more.
