      Management has totally left the scene and we have poor work force as far as skill. Be prepared for zero accountability as I have been dealing with an employee spitting tobacco all over the shop in my area for over a year…..team leader’s supervisor safety and hr can’t figure out a solution…..mind blown ..years ago they wouldn’t of just walked someone out for this now they just talk to them repeatedly. I can’t wrap my head around this.

      6 days a week Management is a joke No regard for anyone's personal time Promoting trash and losing tenured employees with no replacements
